By creating an account or using Visisto, you agree to these Terms. If you use Visisto on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

What Visisto Provides

Visisto provides conversion widgets, campaign management, analytics, and integration delivery tools. Features depend on your selected plan.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Protect your account credentials and API keys.
• Use Visisto in compliance with applicable laws.
• Configure lawful consent and notice flows for Contact collection.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Visisto to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive campaigns.
• Collect data without appropriate rights or disclosures.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Bypass plan limits or security controls.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your campaign content and Contact data. You grant Visisto permission to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.

Your use of personal data is governed by your own policies and laws. Visisto’s data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing and Plan Limits

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Plan limits (such as active campaigns, contacts, or sites) are enforced by product controls.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

Intellectual Property

Visisto and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Visisto IP.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, security risks, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using Visisto at any time.

Disclaimers and Liability

Visisto is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted, with a revised effective date.
