Everything an event needs

An event is more than a ticket link.

Creating the event is one step. You also need a clear registration experience, manageable ticket options, attendee details, and a reliable way to welcome people when they arrive.

Make registration easy

Give attendees a clear page where they can understand the event and choose their tickets.

Keep the details together

Manage ticket types, availability, orders, and attendee information from one workspace.

Be ready when doors open

Use the supported check-in tools to recognise valid tickets and manage arrivals.

How it works

Create. Sell. Manage. Check in.

An existing website and popup installation are not prerequisites. You can create and manage events entirely within Visisto.

01

Create your event

Add event details, date, venue, and available ticket types. Use the AI-assisted creation flow to prepare a structured draft from a description.

02

Open registration

Connect payment setup, review the public event page, and share the registration link with your audience.

03

Manage attendees

Track registrations, review orders, and see attendee details as your event approaches.

04

Check in at the door

Use Door Mode to scan QR codes or enter ticket codes manually. See who has arrived as they check in.

Ticket setup

The right ticket for every attendee.

Offer free entry, paid admission, or different ticket tiers. Set prices and available capacity to fit how your event works.

Free tickets
Let people register without an admission price. No monthly quantity limit applies to free tickets.
Paid tickets
Set prices in the ticket editor and complete the required payment setup. Monthly paid-ticket allowances apply by plan.
Ticket tiers
Create multiple ticket types with individual pricing, capacity, sale windows, and per-order limits.
Discount codes
Issue supported discount codes for percentage or fixed reductions. Configure availability and usage limits.

3

Complete registration

Free orders use a zero-payment flow. Paid orders go through the configured Stripe checkout.

A successful order triggers the supported confirmation and ticket delivery workflow.

Keep track of everyone

Know who’s coming.

Review registrations, ticket orders, and attendee details without working across separate spreadsheets.

On the day

From registration to arrival.

When attendees arrive, check their ticket and record their entry using the supported check-in tools. Door Mode supports QR scanning on compatible devices and manual ticket-code entry as a fallback.

  • QR scanning on compatible devices and browsers
  • Manual ticket-code entry as a fallback
  • Valid, already-used, and invalid ticket states
  • Real-time check-in count in the attendee view

QR scanning requires camera access and a compatible browser. Test the check-in flow on your specific device and network before relying on it at your event. Manual entry is always available as a fallback.

Keep attendees informed

The details they need, when they need them.

After someone registers, they need to know their ticket is confirmed and what happens next. Visisto’s supported event email workflows handle order confirmation and relevant event information automatically.

Order confirmation
Provide the registration and ticket information after a successful order.
Event reminders
Use the supported reminder workflow to help attendees prepare for the event.
Additional follow-ups
Create event-specific automations for other communications when your event needs them.

  3. 3

    Complete the setup
