About Visisto

Built to replace your disconnected stack.

Visisto is an all-in-one platform for conversion widgets, email sequences, and contact management. One script. One dashboard. One subscription — no Zapier required.

Why we built this

The story behind the platform

The problem

Five tools, three Zaps, one broken contact list

The idea for Visisto came from a recurring frustration: the stack of tools a business needs to capture a website visitor's contact details and send them a follow-up email is absurdly complicated. A popup builder. An email platform. An automation tool to connect them. Field mapping between all three. And a weekly check to make sure the Zaps are still working. For a task that should take minutes to set up and seconds to run, the maintenance overhead was enormous.

The insight

The tools were not designed to work together — they were designed to sell separately

Each tool in the typical stack was built to do one thing and charge for it. The automation layer (Zapier) exists because the tools were never designed to communicate directly. The fragmentation is a business model, not a technical necessity. A platform built from the ground up to handle the full workflow — widget capture, contact storage, email delivery — does not need middleware. It just needs to be built that way from the start.

The build

One script. One dashboard. One subscription.

Visisto was built with that principle as its foundation. A single JavaScript snippet that installs on any website. A dashboard that handles widget creation, contact management, email sequences, and analytics in one view. A pricing model with no per-contact fees or hidden charges. And a delivery layer with signed webhooks, automatic retries, and delivery history — because if you are going to replace Zapier, you have to be more reliable than Zapier.

The vision

From widgets to a full conversion suite

Widgets are the entry point. The longer vision is a complete platform where every part of the customer journey — from first widget impression through contact capture, email nurture, social proof, bookings, and repeat purchasing — is managed in one system. Not as separate tools bolted together, but as one connected platform where data flows natively and every interaction is tracked in one place. That is what we are building.

The team

Built by people who ran the fragmented stack.

Visisto was founded by Venu Cheruku after years of building and managing marketing systems for online businesses. The frustration of maintaining Zapier connections between a popup tool, an email platform, and a CRM — and discovering broken integrations too late — was the direct motivation for building a unified alternative.

The platform is built and maintained by a small, focused team committed to shipping software that works reliably, prices honestly, and respects the time of the people using it.

What we believe

How we build

Simplicity over complexity

Every feature should reduce complexity, not add to it. If a new capability requires configuring a new tool, writing a new Zap, or maintaining a new connection, it has not been designed simply enough.

Reliability over features

A contact that gets lost in transit is worse than a missing feature. We build delivery infrastructure — retries, signing, replay — before we build new widget types, because the core function has to be trustworthy.

Honest pricing

No per-contact fees. No hidden usage charges. No feature gates designed to force upgrades on growing teams. One flat subscription that covers what your plan says it covers.

Builders first

Visisto is built for people who run businesses and want their software to work, not for people who enjoy configuring software. Every interface decision should make the right thing the easy thing.

What is coming

The full conversion suite

Widgets are the starting point. The longer roadmap includes social proof and testimonial collection, booking and appointment flows, expanded audience segmentation, and a cross-journey analytics layer that tracks a visitor from first widget impression through purchase and repeat buying — all in one system, with no additional tools required.

Every new capability will be built natively into the platform, not added as an integration. If you are on a Visisto plan today, the platform that serves your business in two years will be fundamentally more capable without requiring new subscriptions or new connections to manage.
